I'm Jude Twin, a Nelson-based health practitioner with a career spanning decades and a genuine whole-person approach to wellbeing. I work with the body, mind, and spirit - not as separate concerns, but as one interconnected system that is always communicating, always seeking balance.
A life in health
My path into energy healing wasn't a sudden detour, it was a natural progression of a lifetime spent in the health field. I began my career as an Enrolled Nurse, moved into managing Elder Care Facilities, and later led Health Stores where I guided clients toward natural therapies. Each role deepened my understanding of how health really works, and how often the missing piece lies beyond what conventional medicine can see or measure.
It was my own persistent health challenges that led me to BodyTalk. In my first session, something shifted. The practitioner followed my body's intelligence back to long-buried memories and emotions — and for the first time, the picture made sense. My body had been storing the past as physical symptoms. That realisation changed everything, and I went on to certify as a BodyTalk Practitioner, followed by Accunect and Reiki training.
How I work
My approach is guided by one core principle: your body knows what it needs. Rather than applying a fixed method, I draw on a wide range of modalities; BodyTalk, EFT, Bach Flower Remedies, colour therapy, essential oils, Matrix Healing, Reiki, nutritional supplements, and more - using whichever combination your body calls for in that session.
I follow the principles of Advaita (Nonduality) - a philosophy rooted in the understanding that everything is interconnected, and that true healing addresses the whole rather than the parts.
